Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Superleaf Co., we believe in providing the freshest produce and helping our customers as far as possible. We have established a liberal cancellation and refund policy to ensure a smooth experience.
1. Order Cancellations
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
A cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has already been processed for harvesting or if the shipping process has been initiated.
2. Perishable Goods (Microgreens & Eatables)
As microgreens are perishable items, Superleaf Co. does not accept standard cancellation or return requests once the product has been harvested or shipped.
However, a refund or replacement can be issued if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory or if the item is damaged.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
In the event that you receive damaged or defective products, please report the same to our Customer Service team immediately.
Reporting Timeline: Due to the nature of our products, issues must be reported on the same day of receipt of the products.
The request will be processed once our team has reviewed and determined the issue.
4. Expectations & Product Accuracy
If you feel that the product received is not as shown on staging.superleaf.in or does not meet your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service on the same day of delivery.
The Customer Service Team will look into your complaint and take an appropriate decision regarding a replacement or refund.
5. Third-Party Warranties
For any non-perishable products (such as grow kits or equipment) that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.
6. Refund Processing
In case of any approved refunds by Superleaf Co., the refund amount will be processed back to the original payment method.
Refunds typically take 1-2 business days to be processed and reflected in the end customer’s account.
